Consultation – Free (30 Minutes)

The initial consultation is to see if we are a good fit to work together and to verify that I can help you with your specific issue.  For virtual clients this is also a good opportunity to make sure that the technology on both of our sides is compatible.  The consultation will last approximately 30 minutes.  Since our time is condensed during the consultation, please make sure to read our FAQ page before our meeting.

Fee

$200 a session.

Virtual Sessions

If we are doing virtual sessions, please make sure of the following:

  • You have a comfortable chair to sit in.
  • Your face is fully showing in the screen.
  • You have a quiet space, void of noise from pets, kids, phones, etc.
  • You will be asked for an alternative way to contact you, i.e. phone number, incase our connection is interrupted.
Recording

I do not record my sessions.  You are more than welcome to record on your end, but please remember it is your responsibility to verify a secure recording.

Security

All virtual meetings are conducted via Zoom.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel for any reason.  Should you provide less than 24 hours there will be a $50 missed appointment fee.

In Person Sessions

Proof of vaccination or negative Covid test will be required day of the session. If you are not comfortable with either of these options please consider a virtual session.

In persons sessions will be either conducted at my home office, or in some cases I will make house calls. 

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24hours notice should you need to cancel for any reason.  If you cancel with less then 24 hours notice you will be charged $50. If this becomes a regular occurrence, you may be dropped as a client.

Insurance

I do not take insurance.  While there are several larger insurance companies that will reimburse for hypnosis/hypnotherapy it is up to you to verify with your company if they will reimburse you.
